Lone Star Higher education, Petra Cares companion to guide pupils in the Foster Care Procedure
THE WOODLANDS, TX — The Texas Division of Household and Protective Services reported that just about 2,000 small children in Harris and Montgomery counties live in the Foster Care System. Of these, nearly 1,000 will before long change 18 and age out of the program.
